Patents - Filing requirements

·    Power of attorney signed by applicant; no legalization required. General Powers are acceptable.

·   Priority must be claimed within 2 months of filing. If convention priority claimed: translation into English required.

·   For PCT national phase application - Just the PCT number.

·   For priority and convention applications: Applicant's name and address, invention title, and a copy of the application.
