Trademarks - Filing requirements

·     Power of attorney signed by applicant; no legalization required. General Powers are acceptable.

·    Priority document if convention priority claimed: translation into English required.

·    List of goods/services.

·    Name of applicant.

·    Print in black and white (or in colour) of the mark, or a GIF file depicting the mark (not for word marks in plain block type).
